I provide evidence-based care that is supported by the latest research and guidelines. I will work with you to create a birth plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

My Washington State Birth Doula Certification credential number is: BD 61632287. 

Breastfeeding is an important part of your postpartum journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I provide education, resources, and hands-on support to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals. I will evaluate your feeding methods, and provide support for any  challenges.

I stay on top of my BLS certifications and ensure that they are renewed appropriately. My current certification expires in April of 2025. I will go through the training and get recertified in March of 2025. In the case of an emergency, you can be assured that I have the skills necessary to help if CPR is ever needed. 

I am well versed in HIPAA policies. Your privacy is very important to me. I will not share any of your personal health information with anyone. In special cases that I may need to, I will make sure to ask for consent. I will protect your information and maintain your privacy. You can feel safe to share as much information as you are comfortable with me knowing.
